I used to own the 130s, a little old. Picked up the 140s for around $90
and sold the 130s for $50 on Craig's list, not only got latest maps but
the 140s is a better unit. I find the pricing of upgrades to be too
expensive, plus even with the latest maps these things still don't keep
up. I have a small problem since moving to NC which is shared by
other(Garmin) units used by friend's and family. Still, I find GPS to be
invaluable and wish they had been available when I was younger and
driving more (and got lost more).
