I am struggling to decide on a sat nav for a truck here in the UK. I
believe some Tom Tom units (930?) can have truck hazard software installed,
but this:

http://www.snooperuk.com/products/s7...ate/index.html

is due out this week, and the 7 inch screen appeals. Would those in the
know critique it from the info available please, and maybe tell me why I
should or shouldn't consider it? I guess I'd use it in the car too, which
it apparently is OK for, being 12 and 24 volt, with the option of turning
off the truck hazard warnings and routing. Any others to consider? Thanks.

Forget it. Tomtom plus truckers road atlas combined with common sense.
Served me fine for the last 5 years I've had Satnav even though I've
pulled up to 16ft high double deck trailers.
