TomTom S.Africa map: problems in East London

Anyone thinking of buying the TT S.Africa map should know that the East London**
area is somewhat screwed up. (Missing major roads, some roads linked to wrong
town!)
This is in the previous 730.xxx map - replaced since mid-September.

As they will not provide a replacement with the latest, I cannot check that the
errors are still there or not.

(** Where England have 2 matches next month)
