TomTom GO 720 won't work after connecting to PC

I connected my TTG to the PC, did the update etc.. .and clicked the eject to disconnect it.

Now, it will no longer work. Whenever I turn it on, it gives me the red X and wants to be plugged back in. It just sits on that screen. Help!
