TomTom Buying Advice

The TomTom product line has become too confusing to me, and also TomTom
started playing games when it removed an important feature from one model
solely for marketing reasons (i.e. itineraries were made unavailable to the
ONE v3).

Is there any current offering that is similar to the original TomTom by
being SD card based (and so easy to fully clone for backup and restore)
with no deletions of software features but with the addition of supporting
TTS? I don't need any AV, radio traffic or cell phone features.

Thanks for any advice.

Tony
