Screen Problem with 140S

While adjusting the angle of the unit, it pulled away from the mount.
Pressed it back in but screen went blank, although unit still worked. It
came back but only intermittently and now it is always blank.

I'm returning it and I don't know if pressing the unit back onto the
mount did something or whether that was just a coincidence. However, the
swivel base as shipped is much too tight. You can loosen the screw under
the rubber plugs, but this results in unwanted play.

The upshot of all this is when I get the replacement, I'll adjust the
angle by pushing forward on the frame and rearward by using two fingers
behind the unit while holding the mount part. This should avoid
excessive strain on the pivot. Not sure if a little lithium grease on
the ball of the mount would help. Once mounted, there shouldn't be any
need for further adjustment.

Yes, also a format and complete restore. It's hardware, probably a bad
sceen connector so all you get is the backlight.
