So I created a route (happens either when I download or when I do it on the
unit itself) with multiple waypoints. For some bizarre reason, it is
telling me each 'stop' is 5 or 10 minutes -- net is that for a 5 mile route
with, say, 5 stops (I am forcing a particular route), the total time ETA is
listed as 55 minutes(!).

Any way that I can tell it I just want to 'drive thru' these stops and not a
assume I am actually STOPPING?

In further reflection and understanding, it appears that these times between
waypoints are driving times rounded UP to the nearest 5 minutes...so even if
a waypoint is only 100 yards past another one on the same route, the total
estimated time will be calculated 5 minutes between these two waypoints.
On a long drive, probably not a big deal. But on a drive of less than 5
miles with a number of different way points to force a particular route, the
error becomes huge!

More likely, it's presuming you're going to stop at the via point, get
out of the car, go buy milk or whatever your errand is, then continue on
your way. The five minutes is to account for that kind of task, not
blowing through like you're on a timed checkpoint in a video game.

Sounds reasonable, but I wish there was a way I could just tell it to just
