REQUEST: Garmin for Memory Card

Hello,*
I want Garmin Maps for Middle East 2011, with Speed Cameras & Arabic support if possible.

The thing is that I have a built-in GPS in my car but the the program in it is very old & complicated ( & I have used Garmin before ), so it's not worth it to buy a new Garmin device.
I even took the mini SD Card ( which have the GPS program in ) to Garmin company in my country, but they refused to but there program in my memory because the device i am using isn't Garmin!
