I would recommend a GO 950, its old stock so can be purchased at a discount and comes with all the maps you want, plus its got the new live services which are great!

Certainly not. It's the worst GPS in the world.
Read the related forums and you'll be aware of all the weaknesses of the GO
9xx series.
Randomly resets two or three times during a 500 km trip, always when
decisions need to be taken on the fly, batteries randomly drained by errors
during shutdow, go-live services not working, radar indications not
activated in some cases, touch screen too sensitive and icons badly placed.
Touching an icon often results in two or three bounces activating or
disabeling two or three menu level icons. A PITA. I wouldn't be paid even
500 bucks to have one.
On top of that Tomtom services are extremely bad.

I used the 910 for years of faultless and well supported service and as I
sign my remarks with my real name I outrank you :-)

Cuantos anõs tienes chico to give me a lesson ? Does mother know that you're
spending your time on the computer ?
You're free to spread your true name everywhere and I don't criticize.
People are used to tell about their life on Facebook or similar, I don't.
Please let me free to do what I want with my ID. OK ?

Back to the Go-Live, have a look on www.tomtomax.fr, GoogleTrans will
translate the pages for you if you don't read French language.

Mine (Go-950 Live) is 1-year old, has been serviced once and still failing
when I need it. The battery is good but it drains within 5 hrs due to a bug
and I'm far to be alone in the world.

If only you were fluent in written English you would better understand that I
did not criticise in any way what you do with your ID or what you wrote. I do
maintain that a signed opinion is always worth more than an anonymous one.
