thanks -
Unfortunately, there are 2 general types of GPS units - aimed at 2 different
users.
The Garmin Nuvi 200 and others like it, are aimed for the automotive driver
that want the GPS to guide them along the highway.... with the GPS deciding
how & where to go.
Therefore, in most models, having any support for "routes" kind of defeats
the entire reason
for having that specific model of GPS.
Certain Garmin models, or even entire product lines (like outdoors, hiking,
etc)
contain support for "routes" - like a tourist road trip, sightseeing,
hiking/biking trail, etc
