That is likely a function of your GPS unit... not the MapSource software.
My unit has an option of Track Up or North Up.

Yes is a Legend function, but I wanted to know if there was a choice to do
it on the notebook...

I think you will find the device more usuable with Northup. If you get
used to it it is much better because the gps doesn't have to redraw the
map for every single fix which is what happens for modes other than N-up.
In addition, every map and chart is drawn (if properly) with north up so
getting used to looking at the display with N-up is a useful skill.

I disagree.
Both in my fixed GPS in car and riding my byke with my 76S I find
mutch more usefull to have the track up option selected.
In this way I always have a longer range view on where I'm going and
on next turns.
Continue redraw of map depends on you gps type. If your's keeps you
fixed in a place on the screen, moving the map under you, it will
redraw continuosly either.
If your gps wait you go off-screen to redraw the map .... than it is a
dumb gps
