Found a new in box never used Magellan 310 model for sale at a cost
of $69.00. I know this is an older model but is this a good deal at
69.00?

It depends on what you want to do with it. I have a comparison of this
model with other comparable models on my web site. The 310 does not
support a bitmapped screen so it cannot show a tracklog for instance. It
does support a computer interface and is thus better than a simple mouse
device that has no screen at all.

They were on sale at SportMart for $49.00 a few weeks ago.

Searched Google Group sci.geo.satellite-nav for "magellan 310"
