Problems with memory at Skyforce

Hello!
I have a Skyforce Skymap CM/CT 2000 that doesn't maintain the waypoints and settings after the turn off....It doesn't display the low battery screen but, preventive, I checked the battery and it was OK...
Do you have any idea what is the problem? Could be something from the its operational settings or it a hardware problem?
I'm looking forward for your advices....
