The perfect GPS (for me)

My next car will not have built-in GPS, so I need an aftermarket product
with the following features:

1. 4.3" screen or larger
2. Bluetooth fm cellphone
3. Free traffic info
4. TTS
5. FM transmitter to permit the unit's audio (directions, cellphone) to
make it into the car's audio system. My hearing problems make this a
critical feature.
