Just click on the dropdown list "North America" and click on on the
state you want to download.

That was broken several weeks ago, and the only thing you could do was
keep clicking on the segments you wanted.

I use the site regularly and its works. But if you want a big map, you
have to fill in your e-mail address. The map will be build for you and
you'll get an e-mail with the link to the site where you can download
the map.

Seems to be working now. But, I can select only one state using the
drop-down. If I want to select more of the country, I have to manually
click each segment. Is that how it's supposed to work?

Yes, sadly so it does work this way. Why complain, It's
FREE :-)
