I'm sorry, but there are procedural errors in the instructions.
1. I *always* use a spoon for the jelly.
2. The instructions fail to account for the occasional open-face sandwich.
3. The instructor should have used a clean knife to cut the sandwich.
4. It is possible to clean the knife without using a paper towel or similar
implement. Simply scrape it on a portion of the bread where there is no
peanut butter.

OK, disclosure time. (a) I really thought the clip was well done (excellent
