Motorway junction numbers - City Navigator

I've been told to be at a certain spot ... just off "Junction x" on a
highway. Now, I know CN knows about these things, because they appear
on route details - but how do I see them on the map (either on a GPS
or on my computer)? All I know is the city & junction number.

The point being, there are lots of road works in the area & I want to
make sure the junction currently exists; many have been closed and the
next junction could be many km's further down the road.
