GPS week to Modified Julian Day

Hello! I want to design an algorithm to convert from GPS week to Modified Julian Day. How can I do this? Which is the recommended reference date? Does someone knows?

For example, I want to convert:

GPS week 1627 and time of week 341551 seconds to MJD
