GPS connected to HUB

When GPS device(ND100S) is connected to the HUB on my board. There is no consistency in connecting. Pls suggest some idea to debug this issue. GPS with out HUB works fine, there are no issues. Even HUB is workig fine.
I am able to receive all the packets through the HUB properly, means there is no junk data.
