Hi I'm looking for the solution of geotagging on the fly while taking
photos, an existing solution is to synchronize the Camera Time to GPS
receiver time(UTC), and geotag the photo manually after downloading
all the photos and the GPS track logs.

What I need to do is to connect a GPS receiver with my laptop(maybe a
USB GPS), then write a script to take photos with my laptop webcam,
while saving each photo, the script will automatically download the
waypoint information and write all necessay GPS information in the
EXIF file.

I've never use GPS and I want to know if a USB GPS support realtime
logs transmission, is there any opensource application? Thanks a lot.
