Think I'll wait a few years to get an old copy once it's been upgraded and possibly
come down in price a little or been incorporated into another product...
Just a tad too expensive for me at $300 !!

But absolutely useless for receivers with a monochrome display.

....but it's for the US domestic market only unless I've misread the
blurb.

BTW, we've already discovered two errors in a very small area.

Correction - utterly useless and a total waste of money! Even on the Garmin
Map Previewer roads other including many A-class roads can be almost
impossible to see! Place labelling is crap - small villages seem to appear
in heavy type at 7mi but a city like Worcester doesn't appear until a
resolution of 2mi (map set to "more" detail). I'll stick with Dave Storey's
contour maps overlaid on MG Europe.

Just checked with Garmin (Europe) and it will be available in the UK
in about three weeks time at GBP176, including VAT.
