Garmin editing Zones on map

I have a garmin nuvi 2360LT and so far I am really happy with it.
Need to know if there is any chance to add zones to the map and if that is possible can they be announced by the gps.
E.g. while driving on a given road and entering a zone like shown on the picture atached. can it be announced and can it distinguish the boarders of the zone's?
