I currently have the following
| indicates that there's a cell column, so that's 5 columns
Lat | Long | First bit of text | Second bit of text | Third bit of
text
Currently all I get to see is the first bit of text - no matter how
long it is and after a lot of characters the dialogue box can't
display any more... I don't get to see the 2nd & 3rd columns which I
hoped I would do...
What I want to display in the dialogue box of the waypoint is: -
First bit of text
Second bit of text
Third bit of text
Hope you follow ?
Yes think I do!
Where abouts exactly are you trying to read txts1,2,3 on your device?
Im sure on a TT at least, you will only be able to view your POI text in the
nav/find/manage functions, its never shown in the screen when driving
itself, only the distance to it.
Your POI file would look something like this:-
0.72185, 51.51508, "THIS IS MY POI - FOR WHATEVER IT IS I DUNNO??"
Does that helps?
