Well, that was my question to them. How do I get and upload a topo map
to the device! I just want to get a map of a specific square mile or two
and put it on there, and they won't answer me. I'd only used it for
positioning against a map before. (Actually, I was using an OS map in
Scotland.)
I ended up using a Holux GPSlim unit in conjunction with my smartphone
and Google Maps, just to see where I was in relation to a satellite
view. Not a perfect solution, but it wasn't THAT strenuous a trail.
