Anyone know if there is a gps receiver that accepts the DRG format maps or will accept a DRG format map that has been reformatted to any other format?

I am using an AXIM x51v pocket pc, Oziexplorer, and a bluetooth gps receiver that allows me to navigate on reformatted DRG standard topographic maps but I would really like to just carry only a GPS receiver that would allow me to navigate on a DRG format map or a reformatted DRG map.

I do not want a GPS receiver that utilizes a proprietary map format but want to use DRG files that I get free from various internet resources.
