downloading bike trails to etrex summit

sorry if this has been discussed before. i searched and found nothing.

google maps has a layer that shows bike trails. i've tried downloading that info to my garmin etrex summit hc but they don't show up.

how do i get bike trails to show up on my etrex summit wether its with google maps, or mapsource.
