That is where the site does what you want. Select a start point and an
end point. Drag the route around. Select the 'email' option and paste
that into the site above.
Up comes a file that you can put on your Tomtom.
It does not work if you enter the waypoints yourself. Also the Tomtom
only can have a maximum of 50 points along the road, which I think is
not enough.

I wanted to have something that I could use online with only access to a
PC, which might not even be mine. e.g. some SD/USB card that I have in
it. I could walk into any cyber cafe with the card
