Difference between 540-s and 630?

What the significant differences in navigation features between the North
American 540-s and 630 that might affect my choice? The two devices are
available at very similar prices.

I don't care about non-navigation features such as a hands free phone kit
or traffic reports or media playing but I do care about loud clear spoken
directions and the ability to enter custom POIs.
