Thanks for the reply. Checking the files with a Hex Editor(XVI32.exe) [
too big for a Text Editor]I can see what each file is in the code
contained in the first few lines of the file. I found the offending
Philippines one in the hidden folder .System. The US and Australian ones
are now in their right place eg, Garmin\.system and SD Card \Garmin.
Going Tools / Settings / Map / Info..... only deletes the reference to
the map file - not the actual file.
