Careful, once they get your details, despite the fact that you have
paid for services, you will be bombarded with emails telling you that
you haven't.
Paid for the 'Safety Camera' updates and for the next month I was
being told that my subscription had run out
Likewise with the Map Update service, unfortunately this is only
'updated' 4 times in the year and so is more difficult to find out
which database is wrong.
A few fiery arrows where directed at them about this incompetence and
it supposedly has been brought to the attention of a board member (or
should that be bored member). I can't help wonder about how many
people pay for their services twice because of this incompetence
causing them to panic and instinctively pay once they get the email
telling them that specific services (that they have actually already
paid for) have run out. TomTom Home is almost as bad but seeing as it
is continually trying to download a map which is years old and failing
every time I'm now used to the incorrect details it displays.
