Hi
I installed copilot on an O2 phone. This went wrong and was returned to o2.
I received another and when I tried to install copilot it needed to be
deactivated first. I explained to ALK I did not have the phone to deactivate
the software and they did deactivate it for me, but I had all the info
needed. They took a couple of days for a response each time I emailed them.
