City Select unlock codes

I've finally upgraded from my faithful old GPS V to a Nuvi, and was
planning on listing the V on ebay. If I just include the unlock codes
for the City Select software with the CDs, should that be enough for
the buyer to use the maps if he wants? Garmin's website doesn't even
acknowledge the existence of that old software, as near as I can find.
