Presentations from the Sep 2011 CGSIC meeting are available at:

The GLONASS update (Paper 3) shows some rather odd PDOP maps -- odd in
that some of the weaker coverage is in Northern Russia (slides 6 & 8):

The WAAS status briefing (Paper 34) has coverage maps, lists numbers
of WAAS-enabled aviation receivers shipped, shows future WAAS GEO
schedules:

Paper 36b describes upgrades to the gps.gov website, and points out
the multiple language options (English, Spanish, French, Chinese,
Arabic):

Paper 9 on Japan has several slides on indoor positioning with IMES:

A Google search for IMES turns up an international conference on
Indoor Positioning and Indoor Navigation two weeks ago in Portugal:

Most of the papers are non-GPS, but there are some GPS and hybrid
system papers (Session 10, Session 13, and others).

I've been searching for the GPS briefings. Thanks for pointing me to
them.

Some new insider type information but mostly Power Point slides they
have been using during the last few years.

Out of the bunch the GLONASS and WAAS presentations were the most
informative - even if updates of information already in circulation.
