Try "POI Factory"; I think you will find everything that you may need.

There are few POI files for speed cameras in Cuba... Same for Mexico,
and China.

Of course if you'd bothered to say WHAT COUNTRY, we would not have to
guess, right?

You did google?

Downtown Venice Italy is where I'm looking for the speed cameras and red
light cameras.
These boats are fast.

THE USA is where I'm looking. I don't think too many countrys have them.

I know PIO Factory has it but they are selling it.

They have them in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There are also more
than 23,000 speed cameras spread out across 34 European countries.

No they aren't.
All you have to do is participate in the forums, and not much at that.
Or if you find that distasteful for some reason, then you can make a modest
donation to open the same door.
Not exactly "selling".

This guy wants to be spoon fed! Like you said; a little participation in
the forum; bingo; you have access to the file!
