Administrator Appel will testify at this afternoon’s House Science &
Technology Committee’s hearing on ‘Impacts of the LightSquared Network’.
The hearing begins at 2:00 and will be webcast. A link to the

list of witnesses, is below. The Committee typically posts lawmakers’
opening statements and witness testimony either during or at the
