First off, I apologize for "first posting" a problem. I hope to contribute in the future.

With that said, I would love some help.

60Csx about 2 years old.
I use fresh Energizer batteries.

I've been having some problems with the unit not turning back on after use. IE - I will work with the unit for 15 minutes, shut it off and it will not turn back on. In order to get it to turn on, I have to remove the batteries and re-install. That's one problem.

The other is as follows: I'm fairly certain my getting battery drain while the unit is off. I've gone through two sets of fresh batteries with very little use from the unit. I sometimes run it off of the DC power from my motorcycle. Could I have "screwed" something up running it through a 12v power outlet?

Thoughts?
